G2's functional strengths are in target discovery, antibody development, and the use of animal models to validate targets and therapies. G2 intends to apply these capabilities to achieve its medium term aim of building a pipeline of validated antibody based therapeutics in inflammation and cancer.

The company is also seeking to establish funded collaborations in these areas, making G2's capabilities available to partners interested in establishing or developing an antibody pipeline.
